You really want ot poke him down as much as you can and set him behind in CS. Level 6 onwards you have a lot of counterplay as well if Zed tries to ult you, you can easily ult him away(although be careful if he W's ahead of time he can w back to his shadow). You really want to contest Zed for every minion and keep the pressure up, after you shove to tower try to get a ward because you are going to be vulnerable to ganks here.
